Rosedown Subdivision is located off of Sharp Road in Mandeville, Louisiana.  The Rosedown Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of Louisiana.  Articles of incorporation, deed restrictions, bylaws, and covenants are filed in the official records of St. Tammany Parish.

Please plan to join us for Rosedown's Annual Octoberfest on Sunday, October 30th at the Rosedown Park from 4:00p.m to 7:00p.m.  This is a FREE party which includes Bratwurst, hot dogs, potato salad, desserts, soft drinks and more.

Come and enjoy a time with your neighbors while listening to live music with the "BayouSelf Band".

Help Wanted: Activities Coordinator Needed!!!!  Traditionally two main functions per year: Octoberfest and Crawfish Boil.  Duties include: duplicate/distribute flyer, collect RSVP's, week of shop for supplies.

Positition doesn't require much time at all and can easily be done by someone who works or stays at home. I will happily show you the ropes.

Please report any unusual activity in our subdivision to Diane Wehrman at 624-5315.  Also, if you would like to volunteer to work with the Neighborhood Watch Committee, please contact Diane.

Rosedown Subdivision is named after the Rosedown Plantation in St. Francisville, LA.  This is the main entrance to the home.
