 All residents of Rosedown Subdivision are encouraged to take advantage of our neighborhood park and playground located at the end of Kramer Court.   To see expanded images of the park, click on the thumbnail images below.
 

At our annual meeting in May 2004, the construction of a pavilion in the park was discussed as a final element to complete the park.

After extensive review of companies and products, a 16’ x 24’ model with features compatible to those of the playground equipment was chosen. Construction of the pavillion was completed in early 2005.
