Rosedown Subdivision is located off of Sharp Road in Mandeville, Louisiana. The Rosedown Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of Louisiana. Articles of incorporation, deed restrictions, bylaws, and covenants are filed in the official records of St. Tammany Parish.
ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
THURSDAY, MAY 17, 2012 6:30p.m.
The Rosedown Homeowners Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at St. Timothy’s Church, 335 Asbury Dr., Mandeville, LA. The meeting will begin at 6:30p.m.
At this meeting we will discuss all subdivision business from 2011-2012, present the 2012-2013 budget, and we will have an election for the 2012-2013 Board of Directors. We will also provide an open forum for homeowners to comment on issues in general.
This year there are Board positions that are open. In accordance with the bylaws, we will accept nominations from the floor during the meeting. In order to be elected to the Board of Directors, your dues and any late fees or fines must be paid in full.
ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR NEEDED
Help Wanted: Activities Coordinator Needed!!!! Traditionally two main functions per year: Octoberfest and Crawfish Boil. Duties include: duplicate/distribute flyer, collect RSVP's, week of shop for supplies.
Positition doesn't require much time at all and can easily be done by someone who works or stays at home. I will happily show you the ropes.
